Looking for a place in town walking distance to the track to set up 2 tents... Are there options in addition to the north campground?

There are several options. The best bet is to call the track. They can hook you up with all of the camping options. Good luck.

I camped in a wonderful families yard a few years ago. Walking distance to the track, maybe a mile away. There was also shuttle service if you don,t want to walk. She contacted me this year to see if we were coming out, so I know she is still renting her yard. I also believe the fee is spent on Halloween for the kids. Very reasonable, I don,t remember the cost. Her name is Pat Kading and her e- mail address is [email protected].
