Yes Mr.Kaplan has quietly been kicking butt all year. He has shown that he can wheel pretty much anything that turns left. Missed him at Gold Cup this year. Was hoping that he would of been in a car. Stu I think Ryan has already locked up the USAC Title. A head of Tony Hunt and some other talented drivers. www.ryankaplanracing.com

He hasn't gotten the USAC title yet, officially, yet. He is 38 pts ahead and the last race will be on Thanksgiving Day. Rod and I are planning to go and watch him win the title, wouldn't miss it!!!
We adore Ryan, personally and proffessionally. He is magic, I have only called one other racer magic and that is Timmy Kaeding, not even Kasey Kahne and I watched him grow up. Ryan is way ahead of Kasey when he was open wheel racing!
We were practicing at Marysville one night and Ryan was there. We decided to put him in the 410 sprint we were testing, the driver who normally drove the car was way larger and taller than Ryan. Ryan flopped around out there in that seat and still he clocked off times way faster than the driver had been doing!!!!!!! Knew right then and there this kid was magic behind a wheel of a race car.
We would have had Ryan in a car for Gold Cup but he had his commitment in the USAC car that weekend. It would have been great for him to have been team mates with Sammy.
I hope someone out there that is looking for a 410 driver will consider Ryan for the seat. He comes with a laundry list of recomendations!!!!!!!!

At Irwindale on the 22nd of November, should be a good one. They are calling it Turkey Night Grand Prix. I'll give up a turkey dinner to see Ryan, turkey sandwich sounds good at the races!
