Cheap Jordan Shoes UK continues to bring back OG colorways of the Air Jordan 1 with the Royal pair set to return this upcoming weekend. Also making a return later this year is another OG colorway from the Metallic series. With the Metallic Navy pair dropping this past June 2016 as well, this forthcoming variation of the silhouette will also be its first retro. The model is essentially a remastered take, as classic Nike Air branding will be applied on the tongue and not feature a Jumpman on the heel. The Air Jordan 1 Metallic Red will be coming back in 2017 as the shoe features a premium white leather upper with Varsity Red detailing on the Swoosh, ankle, Wings logo, the OG "Nike Air" branding on the tongue, and the rubber outsole. New Jordans 2016, For those that can remember, the Air Jordan 1 "Metallic Red" returned back in 2009, but that release wasn't true to its original look. It lacked the beloved "Nike Air" branding and came with the Jumpman logos instead. The Air Jordan 1 OG Metallic Red will be making a retro return as part of Jordan Brand's Air Jordan 1 lineup for 2017. This time, it'll include "Nike Air" branding just like the original release. But for the 2017 retro, the classic Air Jordan 1 returns in its clean White leather upper with Varsity Red accents. Nike Air branding appears on the tongue, insole and outsole. For 2017, this Air Jordan 1 release will feature a clean White and Varsity Red mashup while the Red will have a Metallic finish. Nike Air branding will also land on the tongue, insole and sole. Jordans 2017 reveals their Air Jordan "Flight Guy" Collection, which is inspired by sports photographer Chuck Kuhn. The collection includes the Air Jordan 1 and Air Jordan XXX1 dressed in Black, Varsity Royal and White. To commemorate this iconic moment, Jordan Brand launches the Flight Guy Collection this summer. Highlighted by the Air Jordan 1 and Air Jordan XXX1, the collection connects an iconic moment to modern innovation while paying tribute to the way legends surprise us… often out of the Blue. On a cold, crisp morning in 1985, famed sports photographer Chuck Kuhn stepped onto a remote Oregon airstrip to shoot a rising basketball star — Michael Jordan. Rather than wear his team's iconic Red and Black, Jordan chose his personal favorite colors: Royal Blue and Black. The shoe he wore that day, the Air Jordan 1 Black/Royal, was the first AJ 1 offered for purchase to the public. The portrait became an iconic poster, coined the Flight Guy — its image etched in street and sport style memory.
