Jordan Brand has shown Air Jordan XXX1 Banned for getting somewhat experimental when it comes to premium editions of the 4th Air Jordan silhouette. We’ve previously seen pony hair and snakeskin materials on the always popular Jordan legacy model; now the shoe gets a quilted leather upper in a tonal Obsidian shade. Metallic copper accents appear on the eyelets and heel, and leather laces round out the luxurious details. We all know that the Jordan Shoes 2017 before Christmas brings an extra special present every year.Dropping this year will be the Air Jordan 11 Retro "72-10", a brand new colorway honoring the 20th anniversary of MJ and the Bulls record breaking 72-10 regular season. The shoes will feature an all black upper, with premium tumbled leather in place of the usual ballistic nylon, and black patent leather that gives off an almost iridescent sheen. Tonal nubuck overlays support a Gym Red Jumpman, while a white base with icy white outsole finishes the Space Jam-esque look. “It’s important for people to understand their history to get Cheap KD 9 to where they want to be in the future,” White explained. “We’re not going to always rely on looking in the rearview mirror. This was a cool moment in time for us because of the symbolic 1 to 31. That doesn’t mean we’re going to continue on that path. One of the things in recognizing our history, we started as a basketball brand, but it is truly about understanding where we’re going to take the consumer. The basketball kid is looking for us to lead the way.”
