Mine buffered all the time so I never  was able to see any of the race.  I had mediacom to house last week and they thought by increase speed of modum that might take care of it.  It did not and this has been going on forseveral years but is really bad this year.  Everyone should call floracing and complain.

My internet service usually sucks, but I didn't have any buffering last night. Sounds like I got lucky.

I know I had issues with this a lot.  I utilize Roku TV's and Roku boxes all through the house.  Some buffered, some didn't.  I was told by Flo that certain Roku tv's/boxes are at the end their useful life and cannot be updated so they are very slow and will cause this buffering.  In one instance, I paid $19.99 for a new Roku box and it is so much faster than the tv was before I added it.  It also solved the problem. It has nothing to do with Flo.

Retired school teacher after 46 years.  I was the test dummy for any new computer program the school's IT people wanted to put in as it was said if I could make it work, anyone could make it work.  My solution for all tech issues is to have a 13 year old sit next to you and your problem can and will be solved.  I did learn a trick that has solved the buffering situation for me.  I use my lap top for flo and when I first open up the event it comes through on a very small window.  There is a circle with an arrow in the field in upper right, click on the arrow and you get a field about 9/10s filled.  On the lower right will be spot to click to open up field to 100 percent.  DO NOT CLICK ON THAT SPOT.  Leave your cursor on it and buffering has been reduced by 99 %.  If you do get buffering, just wiggle your mouse on the icon and it stops the buffering.  Us old farts did not grow up with these devices, my 6 yr old grandson can do stuff on his I Pad better than me.  When I used my slide rule in class, one of the kids asked what it was, I said it was "a calculator without batteries."  Try the above,  it works.  Aint young ones great?

Watchig silver crown race at Winchester today and expanded view is not available now, switched to a go kart race on flo and it was the same. Not as much buffering but no expanded view. They should charge more $$$$$ for an expanded view and less buffering....not really though. This is the next level.

Interesting. Is your phone on Wi-Fi?  Small screens require way less bandwidth. I had no issues with HL, WoO or IRA 410 last night.  I did have password issues and battled that for 30 minutes. I watch using a laptop and wired connections. The laptop feeds my big Sony TV's.  I do not know how anyone can watch anything on a phone. WHY?

The more items you have or use for watching the more potential places there are for problems. Laptop feeding the big screen using HDMI port is a solid simple way it seems. I do have an HDMI splitter so I can feed two TV's and put the audio thru a mixer and sound system.

I always watch it full screen.

If running Flo through your TV causes buffering, watch it on a laptop and HDMI it to your TV.  I never have buffering issues going old school off floracing.com

I usually have no issues with Flo or DV.  I did with Flo Sat night.  It was stormy in my area and I just assume that had something to do with the cable internet I normally use.  I switched to my phone hotspot and it worked fine.  Later after the storm cleared out the cable worked again.  So I wasn't sure what the issue really was.  I just know that normally I don't have any issues with either like a lot of people complain about.  I don't think it's usually the broadcast equipment since so many say they have no issues either.

I use Apple TV and very rarely have issues with either DV or Flo.

Never have buffering issues.

I have Firesticks on all our tvs, WiFi router is in the opposite side of the house.  Frontier fiber with just 50mbps service and multiple tvs streaming at the same time.

The first thing to check is the speed of your connection. There are many thoughts about how much is the minimum speed needed. A download of at least 10 Mbps is suggested for solid HD TV but it can work with less. Phones do not require nearly as much due to the reduced quality provided.

I hard wired both of our Roku TV's to the router using the Ethernet connection on the Roku TV.  I've got 250 Mbps service and don't see much buffering but I still get it.  We stream all our TV and live events and Flo is the only service that sometimes buffers.  I can't do anything more on my end, my setup is rock solid and any problems are definitely not on my end.

Maybe if Lakeside was in downtown KC we'd get a stronger signal like they do for pro sports.  They have an advantage over dirt tracks at all these stadiums and arenas.
